A-One Paint has two manufacturing facilities – A-One Paint Chem and Shakti Resin.
At A-One Paint Chem, we have a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant set up with a central laboratory to manufacture general and specialized resins including fire retardant resins and gel coats. The factory is situated RIICO Industrial Area, Bagru, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
At Shakti Resin, we have a modern state-of-the-art facility with enough space for expansions. The factory is fully equipped to manufacture all types of resins along with our in-house manufacturing of pigments and Catalysts. The factory is situated on Payala Road, Sikari, Bulbhgarh, Faridabad.
Both our units are ISO 9001 : 2015 certified.

The reactor is fitted with special stirrers for fast, efficient homogenous stirring and for quick separation of By-products produced during the reaction.
Provision for creating an Inert Gas Bed during the Polymerization to avoid oxidation and hereby better color of the finished product.
To have very effective control of temperature parameters, Automatic Temperature Recorders have been fitted for both the batch ingredients and overhead temperature which are essential.
We have adopted double-stage plant system, which has been adopted in the International Market by the reputed manufacturers of Polyester Resins.
